Tin stabilizers are important products in the processing of PVC for rigid applications (e.g., pipe, window profiles, siding, fencing) and some flexible PVC applications (e.g., packaging). PVC heat stabilizers prevent the thermal degradation of PVC resins during periods of elevated temperature exposure.
